Withdrawal from contract

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a purchase contract concluded in our online shop within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. You can do so using the form below. Enter your first name and surname, your order number (shown in your order confirmation) and the e-mail address to which we should send the confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal. All other fields are optional. Submit the form with the "Confirm withdrawal" button. The deadline is met if you submit the form before the withdrawal period expires.

We will e-mail you a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal, including its content and the date and time it was sent, without undue delay, as a rule on the same day.

By submitting the form you give notice that you withdraw from the purchase contract stated. We process the data from the form only to handle your withdrawal and the refund – see our Privacy Policy.
