These Terms form an integral part of the purchase contract. The contract and the Terms are in the Czech language and are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

1. Basic provisions

1.1. The buyer is anyone who concludes a purchase contract with the seller through the Shop.

1.2. A consumer is a natural person who concludes a contract with the seller outside the scope of their business activity or independent exercise of their profession.

1.3. The subject of sale is mainly textile goods – winter and ski suits, jackets, pants, vests and related accessories (the "goods").

1.4. The presentation of goods in the Shop is for information purposes and does not constitute an offer to conclude a contract within the meaning of Section 1732(2) of the Czech Civil Code.

2. Conclusion of the purchase contract

2.1. The buyer creates an order by placing goods in the basket, filling in the required details and submitting the order. Before submitting, the buyer may check and change the details.

2.2. By submitting the order, the buyer confirms that they have read these Terms, the complaints procedure and the privacy policy and that they agree with them.

2.3. After submitting the order, the buyer receives an e-mail confirmation of its receipt. The purchase contract is concluded when the seller's confirmation of acceptance of the order (acceptance) is delivered.

2.4. The seller is entitled to refuse an order, in particular if stock is sold out, in the case of an obvious price error, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of misuse.

3. Price and payment terms

3.1. Prices of goods are stated in Czech crowns (CZK) including VAT, unless stated otherwise. Packaging and shipping costs according to the selected shipping method are added to the price.

3.2. The buyer may pay the price in particular:

a) by bank transfer,

b) cash on delivery,

c) via PayPal,

d) by payment card, if this option is active in the Shop,

e) in cash on personal collection, if offered.

3.3. When paying by bank transfer, the purchase price is due within the period stated in the order confirmation (usually within 7 days). The goods may be dispatched only after the payment has been credited.

3.4. The seller sends the tax document (invoice) electronically.

4. Delivery of goods

4.1. Goods marked "In stock – ships immediately" are in stock and the seller usually dispatches them without undue delay after the payment has been credited (for cash on delivery, after the order has been confirmed), usually within 1–3 working days, unless stated otherwise for specific goods.

4.2. The delivery time also depends on the selected carrier and the country of delivery.

4.3. The buyer is obliged to take delivery of the goods and to check the integrity of the packaging on receipt. Obvious damage to the consignment must be reported to the carrier immediately and notified to the seller.

4.4. The risk of damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon receipt of the goods.

5. Withdrawal from the contract (return of goods) – textiles

5.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days of the day of receipt of the goods (Section 1829 of the Czech Civil Code).

5.2. The withdrawal must be notified to the seller by e-mail to info@snowsuit.eu, in writing to the address of the registered office, or online using the "Withdraw from contract here" function under Article 5.6. The model withdrawal form attached to these Terms as Annex 1 may be used, but this is not mandatory.

5.3. The goods must be returned no later than 14 days after the withdrawal to the address: Roman Dolenský, č.p. 4, 25756 Tisem, Czech Republic. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer.

5.4. Specifically for textiles and clothing:

a) Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, clean, with the original tags and in the original packaging, where the nature of the goods allows.

b) Goods intended for hygiene purposes (e.g. underwear) which have been removed from their protective packaging after delivery cannot be returned by law (Section 1837(g) of the Czech Civil Code).

c) Ski and winter suits, jackets, pants and vests may be returned if they have not been worn outdoors / on the slopes, have not been washed, dry-cleaned or otherwise devalued, and still have their tags attached. Trying them on indoors, as in a bricks-and-mortar shop, is permitted.

d) If goods are returned in a condition that does not correspond to the above, the seller may claim compensation for the reduction in the value of the goods.

5.5. The seller will refund the money within 14 days of the withdrawal, but not before receiving the returned goods or proof that they have been sent, using the same means of payment by which the payment was received, unless the consumer specifies otherwise.

5.6. Online withdrawal: The consumer may also withdraw from the contract online using the "Withdraw from contract here" link, which is available in the footer of every page of the Shop throughout the withdrawal period and leads to the page https://www.snowsuit.eu/en/withdrawal/. In the form on that page, the consumer enters their first name and surname, the order number and the e-mail address to which the confirmation is to be sent, and submits the withdrawal with the "Confirm withdrawal" button. The seller will send the consumer, without undue delay, a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal to the e-mail address provided, including its content and the date and time it was sent. The withdrawal is made in time if it was sent via the form before the withdrawal period expired.

6. Size exchange

6.1. If the goods do not fit, the buyer may request an exchange for another size of the same model, if in stock.

6.2. The exchange must be arranged without undue delay by e-mail to info@snowsuit.eu. Goods for exchange must meet the same conditions as for withdrawal (unused, with tags).

6.3. The seller may, by agreement, cover the costs of the first size exchange within the Czech Republic; otherwise the shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless agreed otherwise.

7. Rights arising from defective performance (complaints)

7.1. The seller is liable to the consumer for the goods being free from defects upon receipt.

7.2. The consumer is entitled to exercise the right arising from a defect that appears in consumer goods within 24 months of receipt.

7.3. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, washing contrary to the information on the tag / label, unprofessional intervention or the natural properties of the material are not considered defects.

7.4. The detailed complaints procedure is set out in the Complaints Procedure: https://www.snowsuit.eu/en/complaints-procedure/

8. Care of textile goods

8.1. The buyer is obliged to follow the care instructions stated on the tag and in the product description.

8.2. Failure to follow the care instructions may be a reason for rejecting a complaint.

9. Personal data protection

9.1. The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy: https://www.snowsuit.eu/en/pravidla-ochrany-soukromi/

10. Out-of-court dispute resolution

10.1. The body competent for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes arising from the purchase contract is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Central Inspectorate – ADR Department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic, e-mail: adr@coi.gov.cz, web: https://coi.gov.cz/en/information-about-adr/. The consumer may submit a proposal to initiate out-of-court dispute resolution no later than 1 year from the day on which they first asserted the right that is the subject of the dispute with the seller.

11. Final provisions

11.1. These Terms take effect on 12 October 2026 and replace the previous version.

11.2. The seller is entitled to change the Terms; a change does not affect contracts concluded before the change takes effect.

11.3. If any provision is invalid, the other provisions remain in force.
